Maumelle District Court

The Maumelle District Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic violations, small claims, and civil matters under $25,000 for Maumelle residents. It also holds preliminary hearings for felony charges before those cases move to the Pulaski County Circuit Court in Little Rock.
