When you visit, bring case numbers or party names. Standard copies are $0.25 per page, and certified copies cost $5.00 each. The courthouse is in Benton, about 5 miles east of Bryant on I-30.

Bryant District Court
The Bryant District Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic violations, small claims, and civil matters under $25,000. It also holds preliminary hearings for felony charges before those cases go to the Saline County Circuit Court in Benton.
