Pulaski County Circuit Clerk - Jacksonville

Clerk Terri Hollingsworth and her staff handle all circuit court filings for Jacksonville and all of Pulaski County, including civil, criminal, domestic, probate, and juvenile cases. Jacksonville is in the 6th Judicial Circuit. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

When you visit, bring case numbers or party names. Standard copies are $0.25 per page, and certified copies cost $5.00 each. For older records in storage, call ahead so staff can pull files before your visit.

Jacksonville District Court

The Jacksonville District Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic violations, small claims, and civil matters under $25,000 for Jacksonville residents.
