The recording and passport office can be reached at (501) 303-5607. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. When you visit, bring any case numbers or party names you have. Staff can look up cases by name, number, or type and let you know what documents are on file. Standard copies are $0.25 per page plus a $1.00 transaction fee. Certified copies cost $5.00 each. Filing a new circuit court case costs $165.00. Recording fees start at $15.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page.
