Saline County Circuit Clerk Office

The Saline County Circuit Clerk's office is at 200 N. Main Street, Suite 113, Benton, AR 72015. The main phone line is (501) 303-5615. The recording and passport office can be reached at (501) 303-5607. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Circuit Clerk Myka Bono Sample and her staff handle all filings for the circuit court, including motions, orders, judgments, and record requests.

When you visit, bring any case numbers or party names you have. Staff can look up cases by name, number, or type and let you know what documents are on file. Standard copies are $0.25 per page plus a $1.00 transaction fee. Certified copies cost $5.00 each. Filing a new circuit court case costs $165.00. Recording fees start at $15.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page.

Cases filed before January 1, 2009 may have limited data in the system. Sealed, expunged, and juvenile records are not visible online. Per Administrative Order 19, sensitive personal information like social security numbers and minor children's names is redacted from public view.

Saline County offers two ways to search land records online. The free AVA system is available through the Saline County online records page. It gives you access to images and index data for real estate recordings. You need Internet Explorer 9.0 or Google Chrome to run it. Printed images cost $0.25 per page plus a $1.00 transaction fee.
