Both offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. For in-person visits, bring the case number or party names. Plain copies are $0.25 to $0.50 per page. Certified copies cost $5.00 per document plus the per-page copy fee. For mail requests, send a written request with case details and payment by check or money order payable to the Carroll County Circuit Clerk at the appropriate courthouse address.
Carroll County was established in 1833, making it one of the older counties in Arkansas. The dual-seat system reflects the county's geographic spread across the Ozarks region.
